Vineyard Monitoring & Management

Striving for uniform, healthy, high-yield crops. Using multispectral drone technology, we precision-map your vineyard to reveal vine health detail far beyond what the human eye can pick up.

Precision viticulture for real value

Our multispectral imagery is used to efficiently monitor vine health, giving early disease detection and accurate plant health assessment. We quickly map stressed areas of vines so you can make swift management decisions with a direct impact on crop yield.

  • RGB imagery, NDVI maps and prescription variable-rate maps
  • Early detection of disease such as powdery mildew
  • Identifies low-vigour zones for targeted management
  • Supports berry sampling zone selection

How It Works

Green, Red, Red Edge & Near Infrared sensing

Our sensors capture reflectance across wavelengths invisible to the human eye but rich in plant health information, supporting three key vegetation indexes.

NDVI

Detects plants under stress, differentiates between crops, and shows growth stage.

NDRE

Insight into chlorophyll content in leaves for finer-grained health assessment.

GNDVI

Estimates photosynthetic activity, water and nitrogen content in the canopy.

Extracting value from the data

From plant health assessment, we build prescription variable-rate application maps for chemical and fertiliser — saving time and money while working toward more uniform, higher yields.

Berry sampling: NDVI classifications help design quality sampling zones, giving winemakers a fast read on sugar levels, taste qualities and cluster size across the block.
